As part of your EcoVadis assessment, the Labor & Human Rights section (question LAB561) asks for workforce demographic metrics, including the percentage of women in your organization and the percentage of employees from minority or vulnerable groups.
Bristol Myers Squibb does not request or require this information, and you do not need to complete those metrics for the purposes of our Responsible Sourcing Program.
