On 01. 01. 2023 the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (SCDDA) came into force and regulates corporate responsibility for the observance of human rights in global supply chains. The act introduces comprehensive mandatory due diligence obligations in terms of governance, risk management and reporting, all of which aim to identify and minimize risks of human rights and environmental violations along the supply chain and in our own business.
As one of our suppliers, we would like to inform you that we will cooperate with the service provider EcoVadis in the future. In order to meet our commitments, we ask you to participate in the EcoVadis sustainability and risk assessment.
Completing this assessment will result in a Scorecard of your sustainability performance, including suggested improvement actions by EcoVadis, which will allow us to work together to achieve our sustainability goals.
